I sure hope when the police decide to speak they have solid evidence - but having shot the kid in the back and then so many times in the chest while he was allegedly holding his arms up in surrender is going to be rather hard to explain away.

That said I did not expect this kid was squeaky clean. Heard one of his lawyers speak last night - if he was holding the cops door shut - I thought that was a pretty funny move actually. If the cop lost his cool and killed him he deserves a life sentence.
