The two mayor daleys who have ruled Chicago since the 1970s put the vast majority of Chicago's money into its white downtown center....and left very little for the black neighborhoods. That's an example of racism.

So why do Democrats keeping voting these racists into office?

Duh. Its whites who mostly vote and whites in Chicago liked having the DT areas looking good because that's where they live.

True enough - but in Chicago they haven't had any influence in decades.
