No, actually. Harris is claiming that Obama turned tail and ran. If the siege is broken and operations are continuing, that isn't turning tail. Or running. Commander Codpiece had announced major military operations had ceased. But they hadn't, as you point out. Obama is moving additional "advisors" (and we all know how that worked out in Vietnam) into the area. That isn't running either. You have a pretty active imagination, Tenchu.
