A copy of a letter from Jim to us "loyal shareholders" Dear Fellow Shareholders: I paraphrase,Enclosed is your proxy statement,Annual report and product listing with "special" prices for all shareholders.WE feel as patient shareholders you should have an opportunity to purchase any of the Quadrax products that are availible.(I guess that now means the company as well)Oh i like this one "WE FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT QUADRAX'S FUTURE IS NOW." We have many more exciting opportunities which we are presently developing and I will inform you about them in due course.
