Yeah Robo, the reasons you give do seem to explain the difference between the two medians. And for the moment I can’t think of another factor. Curious, I checked the 2013 Contest performance data and found the same difference. The median Contest portfolio was up 69.69% for 2013 as compared to just 24.81% for the median stock pick.
