The woman was inebriated. Not just drunk. Perry would have been acting inappropriately had he not called for her resignation. I don't think withholding the money was the best course of action -- but there is nothing illegal about a governor threatening veto then carrying out the threat.

I am willing to let the courts decide this issue. Are you?
