Here is my recommendation and you can compare it in a few months to what the McNabbs are recommending. Buy ECI up to 20. Expect it to move to the low 20's by the end of next quarter. The McNabbs have made another round of dire predictions for ECI and if they are right, I will admit that I was wrong.

So far the McNabbs have an impecable contrarian tract record - just do the opposit of what they recommend and you would have made money.
