The most credible evidence I've seen in the entire thing is a conversation taken from the background discussion in one of the popular videos. The guy, clearly unmotivated to lie about it, totally backs up the officer's account of events:

"So then he ran, police got out and ran after him. So the next thing I know he coming back towards police ... police had his gun drawn already."

He then goes to explain -- "I'm thinking that the police missing" ... "Police fired shots ... the next thing I know I think he missed him. The police shot him. Next thing I know I think he missed him. Then the dude started running kept coming towards the police."

Hard to believe someone is running away from a cop who has his weapon drawn and then turns around and charges the cop as the cop starts shooting. Doesn't make a bit of sense. The only explanation I can see is that Brown was on some kind of drug. The toxicology report will tell us what if any drugs were involved. If not, Mr. Wilson better come up with a better explanation.

And let me add......Mr. Wilson's credibility has not been heightened by his having a girl friend call a radio station and give his side of the story. Pretty lame shit if you ask me.
