Maybe not. The claim is, and I have no way to verify this, one of the arm wounds could only have been made from behind or if he had his hands up.
I know the lawyer for Michael Brown's family is putting forth some crazy theories that isn't even being vetted by the media, such as the size of the exit wounds or this whole "hands up" speculation.

But the media is refusing to show a video of Michael Brown robbing a store just prior to the shooting, claiming that it had nothing to do with the actual encounter with the police. Maybe not, but it is relevant to the portrait his supporters are painting of him, which is that of a sweet innocent young man who would never hurt anyone.

Trial by mainstream media, trial by social media, eventually someone is going to wake up and declare all of this a "denial of due process," for better or for worse.
