1. Hungary's Viktor Orbán is a fascist and in love with another fascist, so no wonder
2. The amounts of exports are minimal in a relative basis. Of course someone that was selling only to Russia has a real problem

There are plenty of hungry people around the world why is the World Bank instead to channel $ hundreds of millions to corrupt African countries, buy up the food and distribute to the needy in Africa instead that the ruling party or tribes in each country will take out a substantial cut of the World Bank assistance (and this remark is from personal knowledge)
