The Next 48 Hours Are Critical For Police Officer Darren Wilson, Ferguson and The Scheme Team….

Posted on August 19, 2014 by sundance

Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri. The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.

A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.

The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.

That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.

However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence. They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself. In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized.

In essence St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch already has a pretty good idea for what the case is, or is not.

In the last 24 hours we’ve noticed a visible shift in the narrative, and essentially if you read between the lines you might find some interesting plans in the works. Two reports stick out as interesting parallel dynamics.

First: U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is scheduled to be in Ferguson Missouri on the same day as the Grand Jury impaneled.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is sending Attorney General Eric Holder to Ferguson, Missouri, to meet with federal law enforcement authorities investigating the police shooting of an unarmed teenager.

Obama says Holder will travel to the St. Louis suburb on Wednesday.

Holder recently authorized a federal autopsy on the body of Michael Brown, the unarmed 18-year-old who was fatally shot on Aug. 9. Brown was black; the officer who shot him was white. (link)

Second: Our favorite shadow group – “ The CRS Peacekeepers” – have been dispatched

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department’s chief peacekeeper is on his way to embattled Ferguson, Mo.

Usually, Grande H. Lum flies under the radar. As head of the department’s Community Relations Service, the Harvard Law School graduate is an experienced mediator, more diplomat than prosecutor. The agency he heads was established under the 1964 Civil Rights Act, with the stated mission to aid communities “in resolving disputes, disagreements, or difficulties relating to discriminatory practices based on race, color, or national origin which impair the rights of persons in such communities.” (link)

So the Grand Jury, the head of the CRS, and AG Eric Holder are all scheduled to converge on Ferguson Missouri tomorrow.

What does that mean?

It could mean a possible “justified shooting” outcome is essentially a known and/or predicted outcome. The CRS and Holder in place to deliver the carefully scripted message to a community in rage.

However, it could also mean that Eric Holder is present to construct a federal indictment regardless of what the local authority intend to deliver. Or Holder could be a facilitator for a local grand jury indictment. Based on media leaks I would doubt the latter, but nothing is ever predictable with this team.

Remember in the case against George Zimmerman the local police chief, Bill Lee, said there was nothing in evidence to refute the self defense claim. He was replaced.

Remember, in the case against George Zimmerman, the prosecutor, Norm Wolfinger, didn’t think he had enough to indict but still scheduled a grand jury for April 10th 2012. He was removed, a special prosecutor appointed, and the grand jury cancelled.

So you never actually know what can/will happen in these highly politicized cases.

What do you think ?

There’s enough in what has been released to know that several of the arm wounds were “through-and-through” wounds with an associated wound in the torso. That can’t happen if the hands are over the head. And simple common sense is that this wasn’t a racist cop stopping two “youths” for the crime of being black in public. They were carrying their ill-gotten booty from the strong-arm robbery that had just been reported, and the cop was punched in the nose (broken nose).

Tell you what. Rob a store – rough up the clerk for good measure, walk around in plain site carrying what you stole. When an officer rolls up on you, kick his door shut, then jump at him and punch him in the nose and go for his gun. Then taunt him from a few yards away. See how that works out for you.

McCulloch spokesman Ed Magee said Monday that prosecutors would try to start presenting evidence Wednesday, the regular once-a-week meeting date for the grand jury.

Cases often are presented to grand jurors in a single day. But Magee says Brown’s case is complicated and will take longer, though he gave no specific timeline.

[ Will Holder get the grand jury canceled and a special prosecutor appointed to bring a criminal case ...... as he did in the Trayvon Martin case? ]
