I spoke with a visiting Ford Vice President today. He had never heard of anything remotely like CD Radio. While he was intrigued by the concept, I pressed him on who might buy the service. He could only think of people out West with 40-50 mile commutes beyond the range of their favorite local radio stations.

That will produce 1 million subscribers? I doubt it.
