they released during olympics since there were no kid films out and the kids had nothing on tv... one problem was they hyped this kid from home improvement as if he was the star of the movie and my daughter tells me it was a fakeout he was only in at the end of the film.. you can't fool kids they will make you pay.....it also would of helped if the pr was better, can't believe that they couldn't come up with a promo with micky ds' or burger king, no one else had anything this summer that was a great hit... i do know from another studio in california that they are for real and they have some big name directors and actors.. the tv shows probably give more income then the movies.... with all the crap out for the new season maybe the "gun" will be a hit???
