When do their tax losses end?
My last conversation with Gary Fish, CFO, about tax losses I believe their NOL is over $100 mil. Yes they had some operating losses but the big losses came from their decision to go fabless. They took huge write-downs in closing down their fab.

When do they get their money from Atmel?
Each year Atmel releases some money out of the escrow account to SEEQ. There is about $2.5 million left and the escrow ends in 1999. Right now with $6.7 mil in cash and no debt, not counting the escrow cash, there is no pressing need for cash. They have a line of credit of $9-$10 mil unused at the moment

Who is their fab supplier?
Ricoh, TSMC, Samsung are the far east fabs and AMI is their local fab
