unsure about india and russia and brazil and south africa, but the capital round and around in the case of china is just capital round and around, well contained to this planet so far, and in any case a trickle out of a huge reservoir

india and china shall not likely run out of brains or labour except in the case that china sends out so many brains and much labour all over the world for infrastructure rollout, as the planet remains large
