NASDAQ: DGLY FirstVU HD Body Camera have risen, sending shares up this week. Meanwhile, JPMorgan analyst Paul Coster said that Taser International is well-positioned to gain in the on-officer video market because of ties with agencies with its namesake product. Coster noted that agencies deploying on-officer cameras saw a 59% reduction in "use of force" and a 93% drop in litigation expenses. Taser shares rose 2.8% to 15.89. Digital Ally rose 21.1% to 7.01.
