Meeting in Houston went extremely well.
Dennis is very happy about the presentation.

Mark's business trip to New Oeleans was very successful, nothing signed but indication is that they are very much interested in RNTK,
(They did more oil deals then Morgan Stanley and I was asked by IR not to throw their names on the web. Lets please honour that.)

RNTK has come up with a model - from GTL - there are several diffrent sources of gas that Cobalt can not convert. The recent Japan, Al Gore conf was the emission control, and RNTK can take carbon and gasfire and reduce the emission by 65-70%. Means cleaner diesel fuel by 50% comp to Cobalt process.

License fee structure in general;
$1,000 per day on 1.000 bbl plant
$1 mill up front based on 1,000 bbl plnat paid in 1/3s
Then $ 1 per bbl.
Then fee for Catalysts = $150 to 300 K per annum..
Plus consulting fee of 5% up front....

SO if 5000 bbl plant just multiply by 5 times

2 to 3 % of the world production in year 2005 according to Morgan Stanley will come from GTL which is 1.8 mill bbl per day, and RNTKs potential could be 50-60 mill per annum , just at 1 % of the market, if it happens.
I am getting more detailed report on this and will post.

SLHO negotiated with Texaco since 1995, and announced it 1996 Dec, then another year to announce the contract this Dec, 11, 97.
It took them 3 bloody years.
Will RNTK also take 3 years. I think things are moving much faster than that.

Stock Price of past 5 years as follows;
Came IPO in 95 at 3 1/2 a share, following year high of 6 1/4 thereafter, continued slide to 1/16...
Like Ive said I met people who bought at these high level and they still have faith in this company.

Will report further.
