Humbly report, Edward, that's all very well and good, but, the amateur market aside (driven by product price competition, of course) among pros Kodak is losing the battle big time. Not because of promos, price, Olympics or whatever, but because pros simply prefer the Fuji materials, rave about the Fuji "look", color palette, grain, sharpness, etc. You may have heard of the fiasco at the last Kodak AGM, where the vast majority of photojournalists covering it were using Fuji films. My humble opinion is, that until such a time when the pros perceive Kodak quality as superior, well, you get my point . . .
Till we ourselves see it with our own eyes, and perceive it by our own understandings . . . --Locke.
Your view?
