Hi Mark. Sorry NCDI is getting slammed. I have some ideas regarding the price of NCD stock. Maybe some others can post theirs.

1. Market conditions are generally weak for tech stocks

2. People are selling NCDI for tax purposes

3. When FedEx delayed their project for 6 months, I decided this would shift the whole "network computer" market by the same amount of time. I've got to believe analysts estimates for NCDI next year were based on NC sales picking up now. This means, to me, that NCDI will only earn at best, 1/2 of what they're projected to earn. Half of .60 = .30. Even with a P/E of 30, NCDI's price is around 9. Now calculate the price with a P/E of 20.

4. When Intel announced they plan to publish an NC spec based on their chips, I took this as another sign that NCD's window may be closing. Sub $1000 PCs is the other closing window.

It's not a fair world and great technology and great people do not always win out. I'm still hopeful, but I'm waiting for the real NC trend to emerge. I'm guessing it's still 6 months away.

Regards,
Chris
