Regarding your stupid Ayn Rand defamation, it's not worth commenting. It's better to read what people write themselves than believe what other people write about them.

I don't expect reactionaries to understand progressive new ideas: <"A Libertarian position is to turn public assets into private property."> Mostly they have to die off to make way for the new. Tradable citizenship would be political progress. Communes don't work, whether they are just a bunch of Hippie stoners down the Coromandel or Whanganui river, or in USSR.
