Good question. The techs are getting slaughtered generally. Look at Intel at 69 and Cybermedia at 13... Do you think early tax loss selling indicates sellers want to buy back early in 98 or is that mere wishful thinking? Anyway, at $1 a share or 40,000,000 you can have the whole thing. With 80-100,000,000 sales projected for 1998 that is a bargain, even with $20,000,000 debt. I still can't see bankruptcy. The new products are real and will sell. The managers did not come for a funeral. We still might have a convertible cartel to deal with until March, but if you are willing to risk it, that means a lower price to pick up more until then. I just casn't believe I can be THIS wrong about QDEK. I concede the possibility that Adam is really Einstein, but, oh well. Time will tell.
