[I'm holding on with a huge paper loss - looking forward to better days.]

This seems to be a common theme amongst INCE shareholders.....Yet, I do believe 1998 should bring "better days", assuming INCE doesn't dilute Sigma earnings prematurely in an IPO (mentioned for the 1st time in Gil's recent post on this board). I hope INCE doesn't kill the goose that has the potential to lay several dozen golden eggs.....Sigma, currently, is INCE's greatest hope for pulling it's tail out of the fire.

Microlink has good potential too, but it looks like it'll take 12-18 months after an alliance is struck to realize the kind of royalties shareholders have hoped would come PIC's way for the last 2 years.

INCE is not a get rick overnight stock, by any stretch of the imagination, but I think INCE is a decent long term play for those who have been holding the stock for 12-18 months already. For those who bought in over the last 3-4 months....I think you'll be a happy camper by Spring, when the 2Q 10-Q shows Sigma is on a run..... however, the timing of the IPO, and the potentially negative impact of the remaining Series C share conversions may (negatively) effect the elevation of the stocks rise in the next 6 months.

As always....time will tell.

Note: If you feel as I do that the Sigma IPO, recently mentioned by Gil, should be pushed off until the latter half of 1998 (so INCE's common shareholders can enjoy the (undiluted)fruits of Gil's labor before part of the cash flow is sold off), it might be a good idea to email Gil to let him know how you feel, and call INCE headquarters as well. Perhaps its time to let mgt. know what we think (in a nice way)?
