Chris,

I agree with your assessment. I always expect the worst and hope for the best. In addition to your comments, I believe that:

1. What has been supporting the stock has been the NCD Stock Repurchase program. As the market continues to fall, NCD cannot continue to buyback all of the available shares.

2. Tax selling and window dressing - I believe that alot of brokerages are selling shares because NC's have not taken off as of yet and at the end of the year, brokerages will want to have alot of the blue chippers and not technology stocks based on their recent performance.

Keep the faith and hope for the January effect:-)
