bottom line... there was NO incident report filed by the cop who shot the kid how convenient... now, when/IF the cop goes on trial he can make his "incident report/testimony" match the known facts and eyewitness reports as opposed to if he had filed an actual incident report after the shooting, his report at that time might have been quite contradictory to the witnesses and provable facts... now he has lots of wiggle room
