Reminds me of when right wingers came on the boards you and I frequented in 2005-07 and were in total denial. Did you hear Ahhaha passed recently? We had some battles with this guy...Life is short don't sweat all this small stuff. siliconinvestor.com I just fear the economic and RE cycles will top all together yet again during the next presidential term with costs rising far above incomes for most. Only the top 20% MOL seeing gains IMHO... Jeez the working class is really struggling as it is during this 'boom'. What good those million dollar condos in gentrified areas of Manhattan, Beacon Hill and SF do for them or all the financial engineering on WS going on these days?. Trickle down under democrats also a fallacy? Disagree with you Romney would have been better though..
