Come, come -- that has never stopped you in the past -- why change your MO now:)

>>But CPQ as you know announced a 2-1 split, that always helps prop the stock...

Well the announced split has not done much for the stock this time around -- like with TXN --- just cheap and cheaper

>>no real worry with a stellar co like CPQ...esp on down the road.

All the positions that I am taking/will be taking are with quality companies that are leaders within their sectors and if all these go under then I guess I'll just have to go out and get a job again. But I am sure-- as sure as one can be when investing--that within a couple of years -- assuming that I am able to enter at all three levels -- I'll be in great shape and what I am doing now which looks dumb -- will pay off in spades.

Remember OJ --- buy when no one wants the stuff and sell when everyone wants it. Like in summer this year when people were buying stocks like there was no tomorrow -- was when I liquidated almost all my positions. My only regret is that I got back to 30% long, in September --without any downside protection--and I have paid the price for that.

Take care
