TM, As far as I know the WaveTop software is being bundled with several tv Tuner cards (they have agreements with the manufacteres). It will also ship with Win98. Since the data is being transmitted over TV airwaves (using the Vertical Blanking Interval or VBI) it will just like recieving the free tv signal. You tune into it by tuning in to your loacal PBS station. IN NYC that would be channel 13. The software will do the rest... They cache the data as it's tramsitted onto your local hard disk (you specify the amount of disk space to use). TV Tuner cards are packaged with some of the newer PC's or you can buy one for ~$75-100. /Nickt
