Exchange premium increases are because the program is designed to avoid increases in premiums at this point which would keep people from moving to Obamacare. That says NOTHING about the cost of care.

My premium went up 40% last month presumably because of people exiting the plans where you pay the real cost to sign up with plans where government borrows money to pay part of it for you.

It is an exceptionally complex system that Steve Benen can't begin to understand.
