What this means IMO is that we are going to see Amat fluctuate between $20-26 for the next six months. This will have to continue until fund managers feel a greater sense of perceived stability in SEA. I was just in Thailand, India, and Malaysia a month ago. The problem with Asia remains that more than one country is ailing. S. Korea's problems are the tip of the iceberg. After S. Korea sorts out its mess, we will see the another Asian country floundering. This will take at least six months to sort out. Until then, fund managers will be more inclined to stick with domestic-based equities. However, Amat still remains attractive in terms of a 6-8 month window. Good Luck!
