the fathers said the president should up hold the Laws made by Congress. I guess they never envisioned Obama who wants to creaet Laws and only enforce the ones he wants to and a congress and press too PCed handcuffed not to impeach the first black president. the fathers did envision the low information voted but the rules were changed by other low information voters
