Byron, Have been rereading the QWest release and am struck by the indication that they are projecting only 125 cities by "early 1999" Indicates that they are putting in their own fiber to the tune of multi-billions. Seems to me they need deep pockets or their cash flow will be in the red for enons. Feel better about Franklin all the time. Bought some more today - think 4.25 was a great buy. Larrie
