They acquire strong cash generating assets at accretive valuations with low decline rates. Management and shareholders are closely aligned as management owns 17.5 percent of the company. They have a strong balance sheet with strong cash flow to pay down debt and build a surplus for continued acquisitions. They acquire properties with low operating cost, low decline rates and plenty of drilling inventories.
