FWIW, i think Mark Pryor will keep his seat. Close race but think he'll pull it out. This is a small, insignificant state where folks value seniority and experience. Cotton is charismatic in his own downhome way, but his utter inexperience looms over him. Alot, though, will depend on black voter turnout, and this has been slightly trending down for years. Demographics--the younger generations can't be bothered.
