You could make that argument. However, it is clear that some of the whoppers concerning health care were known to him BEFORE he signed the legislation. Perhaps not before he said them, but before he made it the law. Also, while he may have BELIEVED the stimulus would keep unemployment under 8%, this is no different from CJ's criticism of economic policy put forth by Republicans -- I'm not cynical about it; there is consider evidence to show that these policies CJ is claiming don't work actually do work. So, there is equivalence there. Shovel ready jobs was just a blatant lie. It was a made-up phrase that never had any basis in fact.

While many presidents have lied, there has never been one who came even close to Obama's trainload of lies over the last 6 years. Obama has out-lied Nixon, and that's saying something.
