Sinopharm Starts Talks With Provectus Over Anticancer Thursday August 28, 2014 An article appearing in PharmAsia News reports that Sinopharm A-Think and Sinopharm-China State Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, as part of Sinopharm's planned expansion in the China oncology sector, has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Provectus to begin talks on PV-10 licensing.
