They are the first to tell you how dumb you are, because you don't have a four year degree on your wall... Most are dumber than a box-of-rocks, and can't balance a check book. Let alone manage a budget.

I am highly educated with a masters but not at all like that... Maybe because I am not WASP here for hundreds of years born to so called white privilege living in nice milky white areas of the NE and west coast? My family can barely even relate to pre civil rights never mind slavery in the USA. We were basically third class citizens here as recently as the 1950's..

You are right after something like this the few remaining white, asian, middle eastern, hispanic even carribbean small businessmen left will refuse to invest and do business in the hoods anymore.. What you are left with is the urban core of Detroit around the busting downtown and exhurbs..
