If a good education is the ticket out, then a bad education slams the door and seals your fate to a crippled life of material and mental poverty. Liberalism is either being seriously misapplied regarding school integration, or is internally faulty as a philosophy if this is the outcome. I don't pretend to know the answer. I just do what little I can do, like volunteering this afternoon, and going through all geology kits and straightening out all the rocks inside the kits and replacing the missing ones for the fourth graders, and the 10th graders and replacing missing guide papers inside so the kids know what they're looking at.
