ATC-V High volume the past three days (following a news release). The SP has been in decline since early July and is now trading below the 200 day sma and has not closed above the 200 day sma since mid August. Lower Bollinger Band is 0.85 and the SP at today's close was 0.81 which also filled a gap left in early February.
