"When you have someone on 'Ignore', you will not see their messages listed on the Subject page." Really! One must go to the Settings page and change the Ignore Status from "off" to "on", first. Then, the person(s) there after will REALLY be ignored, when placed on Ignore. How in the world is a first time user of the IGNORE feature going to know to navigate over the the Settings page and change the Status? Why on earth is there an Ignore Status in the Settings Page in the first place? Answer: because the help on that page explains why? NOT! If this all just gave you a headache, AGAIN, like it did me, then just IGNORE this post!
