Stephen, it appears that the Premier Aggressive Growth fund is a fund within the Dreyfus group , wich is a subsidiary of the Mellon bank. I wonder if this sale is the direct result of the Micro-cap conferance in November. Also this notice was filed on the 10th of December, isnt this just a notice to purchase. I the past 3 weeks the volume has been so low that I doubt that Mellon was able to purchase 11.36% and still have the stock decline from 15 1/2
