Samsung's new smartwatch which Ryan will be happy to learn has 3G but it uses Tizen instead of Android.
It's a baby step in the right direction in that it has data on board and a nice form factor, but 3G rather than 4G and the inability to sync with existing apps (Android, iOS, or other ones many people already own and use) are big detractors. Get an Android or iOS watch using 4G similar to this and the ball will be rolling.
