Hi All,
Just returned from the recent "Churn in TeleComm" conference in Miami, Florida which was partially sponsored by Lightbridge. They conducted a post conference workshop on their churn product and also had a representative from Unique Air who spoke about their experience of using the product in a real world environment. They claimed that using the product, they were able to predict approximately 60% of their churn but didn't offer any specific numbers or the types of churn detected.
