It is a curious acquisition announcement. They seem to be confident that the new acquisition can reach $50 mill in revs, but they only paid a bit more than $2 mill for it, so 4% margins and its paid for in a year. 10% margins would give us some 5 mill in earnings and 25 cents added to the earnings/share. I can only figure we are missing something here. David P.S. I sent my Eco review into Mark Johnson to be posted in his newsletter, but I see in his last post on SI, he states that his wife's water broke and he was heading to the hospital to have a baby, So I suspect he is dealing with his priorities.
