With the continued dilution of (our)share values, as the company keeps seeking out additional cash to stay afloat, it doesn't look too good for minority shareholders. Let's not forget that JTS carries with it a significant tax loss carry-forward. This is worth more to any prospective group or hedge fund that controls the company or any future groups that inject capitol into JTS. These folks won't mind gettig their hands on the tax credits. I have serious doubts as to how much longer JTS can continue in its present form. I wish this wasn't the case, but I'm afraid there isn't much hope left for the small investor. C.R.
