I'm seeing more and more of this... particularly at the boardwalk in Pacific Beach but occasionally I see these guys in the middle of streets • Dumb bike riding... this one seems particularly dumb in that bike riders are so fragile even when aware • Dumb driving... don't need to say much about this... potential to kill other people
