The fact that Riley has stated he has a group of investors, a "CARTEL" that is joining together to control the float of the stock is ILLEGAL. He does not say to buy/sell, just said that the is a group formed to control the stock. SOrry if I do not have the statute in front of me, but I have the info told to me by 2 Ph.D's and 2 Vice Presidents of Merrill Lynch. Ryan
