That is beside the point because when a cop pulls someone over he doesn't know who the thug is and who the star student is. Unless of course the cop knew Brown - but in my mind that makes it just worse for the cop. Jay walking!!!! Give me a break. If the cop knew Brown, it looks like nothing more than thugism by the cop - "get off the street punk". Surely you don't justify the shooting if Brown has a juvenile record. Justifiable shooting of an 18 year old boy is justifiable ONLY if the cops life is endangered - or some other persons life is endangered. Having cops shoot off 11 shots in a neighborhood HAS the real possibility of hitting an innocent bystander - perhaps a child. Where did the other 5 shots go that did not hit Brown?
