perhaps a democratic referendum might be in order before we collectively are all tee-ed up for nuclear war over the ukraine and any other issues that would lead directly to nuclear war - the war to end all wars

in such a referendum it may be fair to allow only those people w/ children to cast ballot

my guess is in such a referendum, the outcome we can guess at w/ 99% accuracy
