What is doing better than most? Making money? Because that is all Mormons do better IMO. And the idea her way of life is so perfect she can matter of factly wonder why African American's are so blind to their mistakes.

What about her mistakes?

I would rather be raised in an African American family than a Mormon family any day of the week, so where is the superiority. Not to mention the implicit racism her comment implies.

Their culture teaches racism, sexism and homophobia, is anti intellectual and it is institutionalized and it is tyrannical in nature.

I think I was still outraged though, at her matter of fact idea of just taking children away from young black mothers and putting them in orphanages Like they were people without feelings or enough good sense to raise their children.

That is blatant racism..

She acted like taking children away from all young black mothers and putting them in "good orphanages was the best idea she could think of.

It is a racist and barbaric idea and shows she has no real empathy for that young black mother who loves her child just as much as all mothers do.

How would she feel if our society took her children away, as an institutional policy and put them in "good orphanages". Which would make more sense to me.

<<<<How can they not see how toxic their culture is? >>

"I wonder the same thing about Mormons."

Why? They're don' better than most.
