That is absurd.

The group that has an official policy of ethnic cleansing is Hamas. They are the ones that quote the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in their charter and call for pushing the Jewish infidels into the sea. They are the ones that have adamantly refused to accept a two state solution for decades now. And their actions have been carefully designed to promote fear in Israelis and push them into violence.

That isn't to say that the Israelis have been blameless in their actions. Or that there isn't a vocal minority in Israel that feels pretty much as you say. And that that minority has grown over the past couple of decades. Whoopee doo. But to suggest the majority of Israelis feel as you claim is ridiculous and wrong. I think your views are biased by your background in Africa. Israel isn't South Africa, though if Hamas is successful in its perverse goal, it may become that.

There is still a vocal minority of Jews who oppose Bibi and, contrary to what you say, they have spoken up even if they are outnumbered. And there are newspapers that speak up as well. They aren't killed or shut down, as those who oppose Hamas are in Gaza. Yes, right now, the Israelis are closing ranks and giving Bibi a lot of support. But that will dissolve if this cease fire holds. Of course, it isn't in Hamas' self interest to allow it to dissolve. Every time there is any movement toward real peace talks, Hamas speaks with its rockets, and the Israeli governments have responded, for the most part, very uncreatively and allowed them to dictate the destruction of the talks. Unhappily, the Israeli pioneer generation has died off, and the succeeding generations have been infected with the stupidity of the region that believes that violence is actually a solution to political problems when all it does is perpetuate them.
